History
The Flames of Aries found themselves in the Imperium Nihilus after the Great Rift formed. Under Chapter Master Rigentus they fought their way into the ork-infested Villipan System and were surrounded there. A Torchbearers fleet under Shield-Captain Galion Magethus found twenty survivors led by the Librarian Salas Dimarco; the Chapter received Primaris technology and ten companies of Greyshields. Alagon Mors became Chapter Master.
Notes
The flagship is the Strike Cruiser Spear of Aries. New Primaris Marines come from former Greyshields. Rigentus is presumed dead.
