Named members: Techmarine Vorr, Librarian Vel'Raum, and Captain Threnn Vel'Kaddar, the present Oathkeeper and commander of the Chainhold garrison. The Chapter's central rite is the Chamber of Shame — a publicly recited penance for failure of watch, never kept quiet.
