History

The Chapter emerged when a civil war tore the Blood Eagles apart; with the Angels Numinous it stayed loyal to the Triarchy. It fought in the Aegisine Crusade (M39), the Magdellan Prime Civil War (143–151.M41), the Dark Marches Crusade (610.M41), the Gorgon Deeps (761.M41) and the Orphean War (992.M41). In M42, after heavy losses, it joined the other Triarchy members for a final campaign.

Notes

The dead rest in ornate sarcophagi deep inside the warships. The Chapter uses the 'Iron Cyclone' Dreadnought drop-pod assault, first used by the Black Templars in the Aegisine Crusade.
