Definition
The Commissariat's execution report, counterpart to the Astra Militarum's Form M-9. Seven fields; field six is "occasion" and takes one of nine permitted short words (No. 5: killing of a member of one's own troops). It reports only what has happened — for an execution not carried out there is no form.
