Definition
Ogryn squad leader, canon: an ogryn who has been given a cranial implant by the Munitorum after BONE treatment (Biochemical Ogryn Neural Enhancement). He keeps names, counts a few fingers and can manage simple tactics beyond hitting things; his authority is limited. He leads a squad of untreated ogryn (2 to 8 ogryn and one Bone'ead). If the treatment fails the ogryn is less clever than before. Left untranslated, with the apostrophe as in the original; in the Grünn regiments the grade is called Sign-Bearer.
