Description
A frontier-world planet, barren, covered in manufactorum smoke and mining dust, with a single city of note. Two moons whose light turns a dirty orange in the smoke. Above Ossilar hangs the orbital fortress Chainhold Thirty-Seven: forty brothers swore their oath in the freshly cast seal chamber; Captain Threnn Vel’Kaddar learned on Ossilar what his law costs.

Fauna & Flora
Barren and dusty: smoke lichens on the stacks, tough grasses on the heaps; crows and rats that take the dirty orange light of the two moons as feeding time.
Population & Society
The one city of any importance, Skara, a hive settlement eating its way into the rock wall of a dried-out sea basin, counts three hundred thousand souls; the rest of the people live scattered in mining settlements in the smoke. Above the world hangs Chainhold Thirty-Seven, which has drawn its aspirants from Skara since the siege.
