Sector / Segmentum
Segmentum Obscurus
Description
Kethis Prime is a post-cataclysm world — not the barren ground of a dead civilisation, but truly devastated terrain on which new, strange forms have arisen. In the first millennia of Imperial rule Kethis Prime was a prosperous, if rough, trading station on the outer edge of the Segmentum Obscurus.

Fauna & Flora
New, strange forms: mosses with scale-like leaves that hiss at a touch; between the ruins crawl lizards with forked tongues that the traders sell as luck-bringers.
Population & Society
Some thousand survivors in the remains of the trading station, descendants of the traders who stayed after the storm. Today they trade in memories: whoever owns something from before exchanges it for the protection of the Serpents of Ruin.
